As volunteers are the heartbeat of MENDAKI's programme and services, it is essential that volunteers gained skills and capacity in order to help MENDAKI in delivering our programmes. Volunteers are encouraged to go through a structured training programmes, in line with the Volunteer Development Framework (VDF)

The programme consists of:

A) Volunteer Orientation

B) Volunteer Generic Training

C) Volunteer Specialised Training (This component is especially for volunteers who chose to be in the Programme Management Category)
